Image-Line, developer of FL Studio, is offering 35 percent off on FL Studio products to new customers now through Jan. 31, 2012.
Image-Line is offering the discount on all FL Studio versions, as well as DJ software tools, instruments, VSTs, plugins and other downloadable content.
Pioneer has announced the upcoming release of white, limited edition versions of the CDJ-2000 digital media player and the DJM-900 Nexus high performance digital mixer.
Limited runs of 1,000 units of the CDJ-2000-W and 500 units of the DJM-900 Nexus-W will be produced and made available worldwide. Each special edition mixer and player will come with a distinctive plaque engraved with the serial number to indicate its authenticity and limited quantity.
The white CDJ-2000-W and DJM-900 Nexus-W will be available in February 2012.
Have you ever wondered what the inside of your iPhone sounds like?
Well DJ, producer and sound design extraordinaire Matt Lange has uploaded to SoundCloud possibly his most offbeat recording to date, the internal noises of an iPhone.
Using a pair of induction coil microphones, Lange captured noises transmitted by an iPhone while running apps, calling voicemail, and other various functions. Check it out.

The app boasts some powerful capabilities; it will scan your iTunes library to suggest content on the artists you love, send alerts for breaking news and its WhatsOn feature shows whats going on in your city.

Cloud-based music storage service Gobbler is offering a free 25 GB of storage space to new users that sign up for a one-year trial before December 7.
Since emerging in February this year, Gobbler’s beta phase has gained support from artists like Richie Hawtin, Matt Lange and Chris Lake. The service gives musicians, producers and sound engineers an effective means of backing up their work.
Image-Line, the developer of FL Studio, has released a video showcasing its live performance technology that is currently in the works.
FL Studio Performance Mode will allow a MIDI controller to trigger audio, automation and pattern clips in real time, similar to Ableton Live.
