Deadmau5 has denied claims that he and Paris Hilton will be working together in the dance arena at any capacity.

“HEY WORLD… im not teaching Paris Hilton how to DJ. Fuck already!” Deadmau5 aka Joel Zimmerman posted recently on Facebook. He goes on to explain that the two apparently met while he was performing and basically just chatted a bit.

“She showed up to a show, and shit, ill be friendly to just about anyone who isnt a fuckin asshole. and she was respectful and polite, and all around nice to chat with, so i let her be a ghost,” Zimmerman says. “How the fuck does it end up all ‘I’m producing her next album’ or ‘teaching her to be a DJ?’”

Rumors surfaced last week when TMZ.com reported that Hilton had taken an interest in becoming a DJ and has become “pretty tight” with DJs like Deadmau5, David Guetta and Afrojack.

“We’re told Paris is researching right now in Ibiza (aka House Music Island) with David Guetta … and is pushing to release the album before the end of the year,” according TMZ.
