Chicago producers Inphinity and Kalendr gain support from SHM

A YouTube video was recently uploaded showcasing some major love for two Chicago producers.

DJs Inphinity and Kalendr have long been household names in the Chicago club scene and have released a steady flow of music over the past few years. Their remix of “So High” by Steve Smooth featuring Luvli on Ultra Records in 2010 marked a new milestone in their production.

The duo picked up some big support from the Swedish House Mafia at Pacha Ibiza this summer on their bootleg of Justice’s “D.A.N.C.E.” and “Knas” of SHM’s own “Knas.” Check it out.

Skrillex gets the boot in Sweden

Skrillex may be on top right now, but he can’t seem to catch a break in Sweden.

After making the jump to Dubai last week after Australia’s Creamfields festival, the ‘Elephant Boy’ headed to Europe for stops in the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. His arrival in Sweden was less-than-welcoming, though, after an unknown incident with a bouncer at Stockholm’s The Spy Bar resulted in him being kicked out.

“This spy bar (sic) place is bullshit,” Skrillex tweeted around 4:00 a.m. CEST early Sunday morning. “I spent a lot of money on drinks for all my friends just to be kicked out for no reason.” He later shared on Twitter that this was the second Swedish party he has been kicked out of.

Sebastian Ingrosso of the Swedish House Mafia had this to say on the subject: “I am from Sweden and All I can say is Swedish nightlife in general suck more then Monica Lewinsky!”

“Yeah I feel ya on that one,” Skrillex replied. “It was more those security guards than anything else. BUT I still love Sweden regardless.”

Skrillex is currently in London, where he will be working on his upcoming album for the next couple of weeks.
